When to apply for ILR?

My wife was granted FLRM/spouse visa in May 2017. This date was the letter of visa approval. Her current spouse visa as per the BRP ends in July 2022.

When is the earliest she can apply for ILR?

What documents are needed to send with this application?

Thanks

Son's British Citisenship born after ILR

Hi All,

I acquired my ILR before my son was born. I am not entirely sure about the process of registering him as British?

1.) How much do we have to pay?
2.) What's the procedure?
3.) What is this process called or direct me to a URL link?

Thank you
