Ironically, my mother was born in the UK in Liverpool :lol: I am just waiting for her birth certificate to arrive so that I can send everything over!

I already had my biometrics done at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in Adelaide, South Australia. I had thought of applying for a visa before I realised I discovered I could apply for Citizenship by Descent. Hopefully this makes the process a bit quicker!

Applying for Citizenship by Descent - Speeding Tickets

Hi All

I am an Aussie applying for Dual Citizenship due to my mother and grandparents being born in the UK. I ended up with a speeding ticket (which I paid straight away) from 2010 and nothing since. Do I need to declare these. I have searched for info, but still not sure.
