Also, if I vary from FLR to ILR, can I apply my ILR via super priority service? Does that give me higher chance of success?
Yes but there is no guarantee

Is there a general feeling that super priority give a slightly greater chance of success on applications?

Many Thanks,

Re: The time between entry clearance and landing day in the UK

Your residence for ILR starts counting from the date you entered the UK. You will need to apply for a 2.5 year extension.to cover a couple of months you are short. What if the gap was 1 day. Ie 4 years 364 days. Actual question not sarcasm But it isn't just a gap of one day. What if it was. ...

As CR001 suggested above it's better for U apply after U'll have at least one payslip with qualifying salary. If you pass the test first time, you also won't get your £100 back for the other 2 tests you booked.
I did expect that to be the case, but given the costs if I don't pass and the dates get booked up soon I had to do it.

Many Thanks

Re: ILR without Life In The UK Test - Advice Please

If you don't pass the test, you will have to apply to extend your visa before your current visa expires. Do not submit an ILR application if you have not passed the test. Liuk is a requirement for everyone who is not exempt because of age or medical conditions. Thank you and I presume my only exten...
