But she has always depend on somebody to live in USA, She cannot live on her own. Now there is no one to take care of her, isn't this enough for change in situation? Isn't this getting more as humanitarian issue?

Do we have to do biometric appointment separate?

In my understanding, taking selfie picture in IDV app was enough for biometric?

Now i got UK home office email saying i have not attend biometric appointment, whereas we use IDV app based on appointment booking page instruction. In IDV app we had face selfie taken, pp copy uploaded and other relevant documents.

I guess all of have same issue.

Premium confusing.

180 days is limited per visit not per year?

Hi Vinny,

I could not find 180 days rule per visit for visitor visa in immigration rules. Can you please guide to me to right page/ document?

I got my mum visitor visa for 2 yrs, she is staying with me for almost 5 months. I need to confirm if I can keep her beyond 6 months.

I was travelling In/Out of country for almost year, not sure how many days in total i was out of country but i would say more than 150 days in last year alone. I work in project engineering so most of time we have projects abroad. And yes my company is based in UK.

I am on ILR since 2017 April via Tier-2. Got wife on PBS dependent and ready to apply for ILR on 5 year basis.
Got 1 yr old son, which i apply for Child benefit. Is this problem now for using public fund?

So if i understand you correctly IELTS score ( academic) taken in any centre is not valid for ILR application if test centre in not in HO list?
