Waiting Time After Appeal Allowed

Hello,

My appeal allowed on 6th June and its been over 12 weeks now I have not received my visa. HO requested my passport 3 week after appeal has allowed.

My solicitor contacted twice to HO by letter but no reply.

Is this normal or should I be worried?
