Hi, For the people applying for premium upgrade, I was able to find that the delay in processing of application once accepted by Premium upgrade team was due to transit issues. It has affected 35 applicants since the service was started (I was one of them) and other 200 applicants got their decision...

Finally the home office decided to deduct the money from my account today. If they don't decide my application within 5 days then I will class it as a "day light robbery " by UKVI. I am confused about this premium system. I thought they just accelerate at the point of postal application reviews (in a sense bring it to the top of the queue). But is this actually a conversion to a premium centre application, and they just send you to a PEO? Acceptance of premium request results...
