I will extend my tier1 entrepreneur in Feb & will be counted 10 years in April. If I don't receive any response from HO by March I can vary my application. Can I go for premium oneday service by booking appointment at Sheffield as passport will be with them?

Yes it's tier 1 entrepreneur, just to make it clear came to UK 29th of April 2007, but tier 1 three years experies on 26th of February so you mean if I don't receive anything by 1st of April, can vary my application to ILR!

My visa due for extension in few months, two employees currently been working full-time for more than 15months, one of them found a better job & becomes part timer working 16 hours a week, so do I still have to recruit one more staff least part time to fulfill the requirement?

I have signed the contract to provide services so it acts as sub contractor. I get paid for gross amount + VAT from the construction & recruitment companies.
