CR001

in the letter we were granted a period of 30 months limited leave to remain under paragraph D-LTRP1.1. of Appendix FM to the Immigration Rules as we are satisfied that you meet the requirements of
paragraphs R-LTRP.1.1 (a), (b) and (c) of these Rules.

Re: late submission for spouse visa extension will this effect ILR

CR001

Covid had shut down everything, we phoned UKVI, and they told us that the centres were shut down. That's why we submitted late.

The expiry date was 21 April 2020

UKVI approved the visa extension, but there's nothing mention about 10 years partner route. just 5 years route

Immigration health surcharge error

Hi all I have just completed the online application for FLR_M. I made a complete error regarding IHS. When asked for the IHS reference number, I inadvertently entered our previous NUMBER from our first spouse visa. This is incorrect, as I was suppose to pay a new fee for IHS Unfortunately I have pai...

Hi geoeng

Thanks for reply, much appreciated!

Could you please direct which documents which states

any remaining leave from the previous visa should be added to the validity period (up to a maximum of 28 days).

I have been searching but could not find it

Applying before 33 months not 30 months

Hi everyone I was due to apply for extension for my wife's visa. Unfortunately I was made redundant from my job in March 2020. We wanted to apply in April 2020 as this would have been 30 months. We will now apply before 33 months, as my wife will have been at her current employment for 6 months. She...

Payslip not original

Hi everyone

I had one payslip missing. My employer printed a copy of the missing payslip, but certify in the employer's letter that the copy is a true copy of the original.

Will that be sufficient enough for the payslip or do I need to get the copy sign and dated?

Thanks

Hi Everyone

Does my spouse need to fill out the VAF4A-Appendix2 (VAF 4A Decmeber 2013) PDF version form. We just submitted the online application.

Also can we fill the VAF4A PDF version with an online PDF tool ?

Thanks
