Re: Citizenship applications from 2017 pending approval

If they compromised on your case they must give a decision within the time period they requested to have. They can’t mess with the Courts.

Re: Citizenship applications from 2017 pending approval

I sent 3 x pre litigation letters so far.
2 x letters after the 10 weeks letter. And 1 x pre-lit letter was sent last week and to that they responded yesterday the same generic letter ...your application is in process....etc.
Have a meeting with my solicitor next week to look at going to the court.

Re: Reconable Residence for Naturalization Application

Thanks Littlerr his calculation is slightly different. Please see below.

Jun 2013 - Dec 2014 = 1 year 7 months
Jan 2018 - May 2021 = 3 years 5 months.

The question was will the residency making five years like this count as 5 years for Naturalisation application?

Re: Online IRP card renewals for everybody in Dublin from 20th of Jul

Can anyone tell me plz about the IRP renewal requirements. As, how many months prior to the expiry of the permission a renewal can be applied for. As My IRP card is finished in March next year and i am thinking to apply online a few months in advance for the renewal. Please advise if it’s ok or not....
