If you have a UK Degree certificate, then you can use it, if it clearly states it is a BA DEGREE. You cannot 'email UKVI' your document and ask them if it is suitable. You need a UK Degree certificate to meet the English requirement or the English B1 test. HND is not accepted.

But, also I got 3rd year of degree grade.. pass.2.2
