The acknowledgment and temporary stamp 4 can take up to 8 weeks. 6 months is for the end decision on your application. There is likely to be more of a delay than normal for issue of the temporary stamp of course. But applications for EU treaty rights are still being processed so you can still submit...

There is now a post about Visa extensions due to the immigration office closing. Hopefully when everything is back up and running they will release something official on this. In the meantime there may not be an option to not claim for some people :/

On the INIS website the update as of today says they are currently processing applications received 12th July 2019. Can this be correct?
