Re: Naturalisation application

Hi Cullinan,

my wife is applying and I hold a British passport.
I have no idea what section 6:1 or 6:2 is.

she is applying on a 5 years spouse route. she received her ILR card about a week ago and I read on here we can apply for Citizenship because I hold a British passport.

regards

Re: Financial Requirement

The £800 is fine if this was because of the COVID-19. Such as furloughed etc, There is a new update on the home office site. This will be disregarded and counts as 100%. So your 6 months payslips is fine under category A. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-advice-for-uk-visa-applicants...
