Hi Spike,

Based on my exprience I started chasing when I didnt hear after 5 weeks but got the interview letter straight on 6 weeks. So I think its better to chase if you dont hear any response after 5 weeks. And mention a travel date to them.

Children born to parents who are settled (ILR, Naturalised etc.) are borm British hance qualifies for British PP. So you only have to apply for a PP for him by sending the correct forms.

I was in a similar situation for my Wife. All you need is the UTR and statement for the last self employemnt tax year you filed for her,
