Extend Tourist Visa in USA due to COVID-19

Hello! We came to USA on February 02, 2020 with a valid B2-Tourist Visa (10 year visa) with 6 months (180 days) validity for this trip, i.e., valid till August 01, 2020 (or close to that, approximating for ease of asking this question). Unfortunately, India has not opened up its airports for interna...

I submitted my naturalisation application and passport application at the NCS. They collected my passport application form and the two photographs. However, I have now received a letter from Her Majesty's Passport Office with the following text. I am happy to send the photos, but has it happened for...

Moderators / Senior members - Any thoughts on this please?

I do apologize if this has been answered elsewhere here on the forum, but if you can just let me know where I can find them that would be fantastic too.

Re: What should be the Date of caution, warning or reprimand?

Thanks, I am just a little bit concerned that if I leave it out, they will think that I am deceiving. The problem is that I never received any of these reminder letters / court notices because they were being stolen from our letter boxes (victim of identity theft!). So, I do not what the dates are.....

What should be the Date of caution, warning or reprimand?

Hello, I missed the payment of council tax for the month of July 2016. So, they sent me a couple of reminders and finally a court notice on 06 August, 2016 set for hearing on 25 August, 2016 . I did not receive any of these reminders or the court notice as they were being stolen from my letter box. ...

Re: Good Character - Council Tax Warning / Court Summons - Court Charges Waived

Sorry, I forgot to update this. I did go through the FAQ for Good Character Requirement in this forum and I found the following. So, while my application may not be refused, my question is more along the lines of what I should be filling in the application form. Thank you! Q20 - I did not pay my cou...

Good Character - Council Tax Warning / Court Summons - Court Charges Waived

Last year, I missed the payment of council tax for July 2016. They sent out two warnings and then issued a court summons. As someone had been stealing letters from my letter box (long story!), I missed these. I later found out in August, there was a court charge added to my council tax. They had iss...

ILR Application from Tier 1 (General) - Letter of Absence

Hello, My first entry was on 30 March, 2011. I am now eligible for ILR. However, I have a slight concern. The total number of holidays outside of UK is 237. However, in no consecutive 12 month period, have I ever been outside the UK for more than 180 days. So far so good. For the absences from Janua...
