Hi Folks "If it's not under the correct section please move it to the correct section" My mother is due to apply for her citizenship in 6 months or so from now. She's currently on a stamp 4 equivalent for 5 years by virtue of my father who is a British national exercising his right to free movement ...

Re: File Forwarded to Repatriation Department

I was hoping that I could apply for an indefinite based on the temporary stamps as they count towards the reconable residence. I believe there is prejudice against me to deliberately put gaps in the extension stamps so I couldn't apply for PR. Just wanted to ask what should I do in this situation if...

Now, let me put it down in short detail as to what happened: When initial visa application was refused I was on a temporary stamp4 based on the fact that my father is British national. I was told by m...

Hi guys, I don't know if this has been asked before, My question is that "if a child born outside of UK in a non EU country and their Grandfather is a British citizen by Naturalisation, would that child be eligible for British nationality through descent? Re: Automatic Extensions by Minister Of Justice

You need to apply for your renewal as usual. This extension is simply to make sure that nobody will be treated as illegal immigrant due to reduced staff and extended waiting period. No new stamp will be given for this extension. What do you mean by new stamp? As in can I just book an appointment wi...

There are various ways you can do it. Use like Google link. Or use the attachment icon on the forum. In all circumstances and means of posting, please ensure personal details are redacted. I'm still trying to upload it but it says the file. Is too large...i will try to do it from a computer tomorrow.

Re: EU4 Fam British family after Brexit

They will still be allowed to live in Ireland as long as common travel area is still in place, but it’s likely going to be under the domestic immigration rules where they will get a normal Stamp 4. It means they can live here but they will need a visa to travel to other EU countries. I hope this is...

Re: Non EU national with stamp4eufam UK visit

Your mother will not require a visa to enter the UK if she’s accompanied by your father who’s the EU National who’s exercising the Treaty Rights in Ireland. Hello All, Can you please confirm if a family member (child over 21 but dependent) of EU citizen, who has applied for residence card on form EU1, been granted temporary type 4 Stamp for 6 month application process period, would have to pay €300 for GNIB card (now called IRP apparently)? Same proble...

Re: Temporary stamp 4 Working Hours and DOJ Notification

Hi, You already they "nail on the head", so to speak. NON EU family members of EU nationals enjoy the same rights as their EU partner. Once you are married to an EU national, you automatically enjoy the same right as he or she does. Stamp is basically a formality. Your employer is wrong. You are al...
