I actually have a British Passport, but I also another Syrian passport and therefore I am not eligible for the ESTA/VWP and i need to apply for the visa.

Also i am assuming that she will have to apply using SET(o) application (since her current leave is Tier 2 dependent), correct ? The fact that I, her husband, obtained ILR doesn't make a difference on the type of SET application, right (i.e SET(o) vs SET(M) ?
