Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hey Corw, "I guess Employment Detail Summary should be on your name not your spouse name" Spot on, that's correct - it should be on your name as you are the sponsor of the application. And why you both send off your birth certificates. I can't see such a requirement on EUTR3 Explanatory leaflet You ...

Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hey Corw, Sorry for the late reply! We paid €2,000 - honestly I don't think it's worth it considering they even made a mistake with my application. I sent off the following: Passport of applicant & myself Two passport sized photos of applicant & myself Marriage Certificate (myself) Birth Certificate...

Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Sorry Meself2! Apologies. I have actually returned earlier as I am confused about one thing - not sure if anyone can advise! So, I'm a British Citizen, and my Wife came here in 2018 - prior to Brexit being triggered. She has an Article 50 TEU card. Under 1.18 Permission type for renewal I assume we...

Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hey Corw, We got our approval letter on the 8th of March saying that our application was successful :) I went with [REDACTED] - they weren't too bad, but I wouldn't go with them again due to a mistake they made in submission. All ended up fine either way. Are you asking for a list of what I submitte...

Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hey all,

Just an update on this - I got this sent off 9th February via registered post and by a solicitor.

Will update this further when I receive correspondence from immigration - hopefully not too long! making me nervous as always.

Re: EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hey HappyKai,

Thank you very much for your response - I really appreciate it!

That's a shame about the solicitor's being totally off and wrong in their suggestions!

I'll be sending the application next week and may as well keep an updated timeline here so people can see if needed :)

EUTR3 Employment and Rental query

Hello Immigrationboards! I need to apply for an EUTR3 for my wife who's 5 year visa is going to expire this year. Everything makes sense on what to supply, aside from Employment and Rental documents. I just finished with a solicitor from Gibson Associates and they said we need to submit only the cur...

Irish EU Residency Card (New EU4FAM)

Hi, I'm unable to get any clear information from emailing the visa offices here in Ireland (they all just direct you amongst themselves giving you no clear information). I'm wondering if anyone knows if my Wife (holder of the Irish EU Residency Card updated from the old EU4FAM card) can travel to th...

Re: Card replacement programme: Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

Applied & sent off forms on January 18th.

Reply 3rd February that it got accepted.

Need to wait 5-10 working days for the card - not a bad turn around considering the circumstances of time right now.

Re: Card replacement programme: Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

Hi, Thanks for all the information from everyone on this thread, although some sections are still very unclear! My Wife's current Stamp 4 EU4FAM expires 03/03/2024 yet when on the system it says: "Also under section 1.19 (Do any of these sub-categories apply to you?) are we meant to fill in: Joinin...

Re: Card replacement programme: Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

Hi, Use the date 31/12/2020 as the expiry date. Also choose the drop down withdrawal beneficiary card option. You should be able to submit that way. Life-saver! Thanks a lot for that, can't believe I selected the wrong dropdown! I'll post back here once I get a response so we can keep the estimated...

Re-Entry Visa Ireland Fee

Hi, I have checked the INIS website although I'm very unclear still on who's exempt on the Re-Entry Visa Fee. I'm an EU Citizen (British) living in Ireland with my Non-EU Spouse (Azerbaijani) Does this make exempt from paying the €60 fee for a single re-entry? I have the original marriage document, ...

Wups, sorry for requesting it CR001! One way ticket is fine, that's what my wife came on. Ask your embassy what they want Adamson, our one wanted a physical passport of my wife (non-eu) and a copy of mine (eu citizen) That's fine - having some documents with both names together is good for the long ...
