Hello I would email IHS refund and see what they reply, i paid mine three times for same application but not like yours, i emailed them and they refunded me two IHS payment in 2 days which was very quick . Good Luck.

I also had similar situation , I only realised about SELT once online application done, than i realised its not valid so quickly applied for NARIC i did FAST Track as i could not wait a week or so mine came literary in 24 hours. I also have gave them IELTS and NARIC as i form first i claimed 10 poi...

Why do you need Degree ? as far as i know you dont need degree to claim any points. you may need just for NARIC for english requirement. hope this helps. Good Luck
