Re: Children U15 referees

Much appreciated. Another question apologies - can my wife use her married surname on the naturalisation application if it’s different to her passport surname? She’s been using her married surname since arriving in the UK for work and banking etc? I think I read that initially naturalisation applica...

Re: Children U15 referees

Sorry, another question. I was physically in the UK on the 8th December 2018, flew out on the 10th of December 2018, but returned 10 Jan 2019 from vacation. I want to submit my online application for citizenship on the 8th December 2023. Does that still count as being present as I left shortly after...

Children U15 referees

My family and I are applying for citizenship after a year on ILR, wife and I have lined up different referees which I believe should suite, but do the 2 children applying with us need different referees ? I.e 4 new referees, if that makes sense? So each child with their own different referees. Schoo...

Visa route for parents

Hi there, wife and I have ILR, curious whether there is a visa route for parents who don’t live in the UK( a route to bring them to the UK on a permanent basis as we’re their primary care givers) ? Is there a route to “sponsor” them, and if so can you point me to the site with costs etc?

Re: Children born before ILR

Much appreciate- quick question regarding referees for a 2 year old? The doctors won’t provide their passport details and he hasn’t started school as yet. We’ve asked a friend of the family to be a sponsor, just wondering if we still need a second person or how lenient they are with referees for kid...

Re: Right to rent

In case anyone is in a similar position, apparently landlords receive a code from HO that notifies them a set period we’re allowed to rent. The SLA says 2 days but you never know!

Re: Right to rent

Ok great thanks, are you aware what the agents receive from HO? Assurances that we have right to rent and not just the status of the application?

Re: Set (0) question please

Thanks for that. My confusion was it was asking for the code for the sponsor sponsoring this application which confused me as I thought the sponsor just provided me a letter. So I can use the details from the CoS I obtained for my CURRENT skilled worker visa?
