I really appreciate your response Zimba but isn't that form are for return of documents if your application is pending? As my appIicarion is approved so can I use such form to request documents missed by home office to return?

My entrepreneur extension was approved a month ago. I checked my documents returned by home office and found my Degree and transcript in supporting documents are missing. If you could guide me guys what would be the process to retrieve those documents from home office.
