Re: How do I Apply dependants?? RCOS out of country

Dependents apply separately on their own form, Tier 2 general partber/child. So, each child as well as my wife apply separately? Why did my application ask for all their info on mine? Do I send them all in together with my paperwork? I need to show proof of funds. If applying separately, do I have ...

How do I Apply dependants?? RCOS out of country

I filled out my out of country online Teir 2 Visa app using my RCOS. I filled the blanks for dependant names, dates, passports. Came to the end there were no fees for them or health surcharges only mine? Or if they were submitted at all. I have my biometrix appointment scheduled. I need to know if d...

Tier 2 Dependents on My Visa app or Separate? Fees?

I have my COS now and am applying online for my visa. the form asks if I have dependants and all birth dates etc. But when I was connected to pay NHS health surcharge it said only myself no dependants. Where and how do get my wife and children paid for and entered with my visa? It gave me a biometri...

I will try to get them to, but the NHS is not overly helpful I'm afraid.

Re: Proof of Maintenance Funds for "A" rated sponsor?

Yes it would have been lovely had they shared this with me 10 months ago when I accepted the position. The NHS has been the absolute worst HR to deal with in this whole process. Never remotely helpful. All on your own, all the time.

Proof of Maintenance Funds for "A" rated sponsor?

Finally received my RCOS after 8 months of waiting. Now I'm entirely confused about the Visa process. I was of the understanding that if my sponsor (NHS Trust) is "A" rated, I would not have to prove funds for my maintenance of $945 plus my dependants (Wife and 3 kids) in my account for 90 days. I s...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Still have heard nothing for July. No word. I keep asking, no response. So frustrated and paranoid now. Does the NHS have any type of portal I could access to check my status?

It has been submitted as 2136, repeatedly. Not understanding why a shortage position doesn't seem to be making any difference in my efforts.

RCoS Unclear of Points? Shortage Occupation list...

Hello all, I've read a lot of info on this board over the last few months, but new to posting. Forgive me if I have posted in the wrong topic area. Over 5 months ago I received a job offer from the NHS, who have been attempting to obtain a visa for me, for the last 4 months. Denied or refused every ...
