And this is where my 'paranoia' stems from. Unclear rules where everyone seems to have a different opinion.

Ok, I can understand that.

Regarding my question about the Sponsorship Undertaking form, should I just fill it in without any of the requested supporting docs then (title deeds etc.)? Is it a requirement for spouse visas?

Mikey, it doesn't seem reasonable to me that you should have to separate from your family to find work in the UK before they can join you.
