Re: Please Help me with Financial Requirements Spouse Visa

The second job won't count as you have not been self-employed for the full financial year so does not need to be mentioned. Focus on the most recent financial year april 21-22 Thanks a lot for your response, really appreciate it! The only problem is that it's included in my 21-22 self assessment an...

Please Help me with Financial Requirements Spouse Visa

Hi friends, I am about to apply for the spouse visa but I'm really worried about the financial aspect. I am going to be meeting the requirements using my self employment income. I have two businesses. 1st is a few years old, but second is only 6 months old. My question is, do you think I should incl...

Re: EUSS permit processing times disgrace

I am still waiting too but from seeing other people's experiences, it seems like the norm is 3-4 months. Some people have been waiting 5-6 months even. I think there were are a lot of applications than expected from the recent euss deadline, in combination with the influx of student visa application...

Re: EU Settlement scheme or family permit

The euss family permit is a bit more difficult now after the deadline. You can still apply but you will need to prove that your parent is dependent on you e.g. Evidence of money sent to them and other documents. Maybe you can try a normal visitor visa depending on how long you need them to stay

Re: EU Settlement Scheme

You need to either prove that the relationship began before December 31 2020 or you need to apply for a spouse visa instead

Re: Family Permit Help

Presumably you have included an explanatory note? I guess it's generally not a good idea to respond differently from what was required. You may find they will remind you to submit the original or otherwise close the application. Not necessarily a refusal but you may have to start again from scratch...

EUSS Family Permit Processing Time?

I know there's a similar topic for the settlement application, but I couldn't find one for the family permits. The information on the government website states "as soon as possible" which doesn't sound very promising 😬 Anyone who's been through the process recently - how long did it take y...

Family Permit Help

Hello everyone 😊 We have recently applied for a euss family permit for my husband (non-eu). They asked for original of my eu ID card, but we submitted only a photocopy as we decided it would be too risky to send. I am now worried that we can get a refusal for this. Has anyone experienced this situat...
