Re: ILR Application Eligibility

Thank you for your quick reply. I clearly do not understand this properly. We've opted for priority which means we'll likely get a decision in the week beginning 24/07/2023. Is this the date of the decision you're referring to? So the calculation would be (assuming we get a decision on the 24/07): 2...

Re: ILR Application Eligibility

Help please! I think I've read the guidance wrong and now I'm stressing a little. Our first BRP data is 08/08/2018, which means we're eligible to apply from 11/07/2023. My BRP expiry isn't until 14/09/2024. We've applied and paid online on 06/07/2023 and have the biometrics appointment on the 21/07/...

Re: ILR Application Eligibility

hi Zimba, thanks for adding this to my original thread - i tried to, but it was locked. In regards to what you've posted - can I confirm we can use the issue date of the BRP to calculate our 28 days from? So we can apply from 11th July, rather than 21st? We don't have an issue with expiry of Visas, ...

Re: BRP not Received

Like a few others I have also not yet received my BRP after approval on the 15th September while the rest of my family received their BRPs on the 17th September. They seem to be having an issue with processing BRPs for all the family members at once! I've filled in the form, had a response that it w...

Hi there, I can no longer find the detailed guidance document for tier 2 extensions. Would anyone have the link to share with me? Also, I have a few questions, if someone could please help? Re: What are our options now?

Finally pick up our visas today!! And they are approved!

Now another question please: can we enter as visitors (no visiter visa required for Australians) before our tier 2 vignette starts?

And in that case do we leave and re-enter during the vignette period?

Thanks in advance

Re: What are our options now?

I’ve just realised that our COS will expire on the weekend. What happens once this is expired? Will they then decline our visa application?
