She entered U.K. 20/11/16 , then 2.5 years will be 20/05/19 , take away 28 days would make it 23/04/19 she can start the process ?
Are my calculations correct?

Thanks I was counting toward it too,but put into consideration that the first visa was issued for 33 months and time it takes to process it (around 6 months ) then both visa combaining would be just over 5 years, obviously there is a gamble here to that Ukba would process it within a month. I have PR( previously was married to Eu citizen ,hence optain PR in 2015).

Coming back to my wife, she has past the English test A1 , in 2016 in order to apply for her visa .

Does she need to pass it again?
What could be a proof of our 2 years cohabitation ?

so at the moment its £500 and later this year it will be £1000 for 2.5 years never mind that she works and pays taxes?

but he is not doing work for the UK based company and get paid salary not in UK
he is here for a short period of time to make a tv report and paid accomodation and travel money.
i read Appendix V4 and did not find that he breaks immigration law
