Just disclose the facts, a CCJ on it's own normally has no impact on your application. A history of CCJs might be a different story especially if payment obligations are not met.

Thank you for speedy response.I was absent for 23 days in November, 3 years back.
From Nov 1 to Nov 24th.
Iam going to apply on Nov 8 this year. do i fall under absent category at the point of submission?.
If so, can i chose 5 year route because i was present in UK in November 5 year back

My wife got payement reciept AN6(2)+ which she applied FOR NATURALIZATION 1 month ago.
What is the difference between AN6(2)+ AND AN6(1)+ ?? .she applied under 5 years + 1year ILR route not married to B.C.Please advice
