Re: ::Non-EU&British National - Moving to IE Confusion::

Dear statelessBOC You don't have anything to worry. There are many who come to Ireland from the UK via Ferry without any stamps on their passports and they have no trouble receiving Stamp 4. So please don't worry. Next time when you go to get Stamp 4 (if you haven't already) and they ask for a no en...

Re: Dependent Mom Visa from Pakistan

Hello zahmed05,

I would definitely advise against coming to Ireland as the wait times here in Ireland are 10+ months and I think you are right Belgium will be quicker, also Germany processes applications very quickly.

Good luck.

Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/EU%20Treaty%20Rights Important Notice - July 2016 Due to the large volume of applications, EU Treaty Rights Unit is currently experiencing delays. Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

My decision was due on 2nd May and still waiting. Viking23's decision was due on 27th April and also waiting. I know someone whose decision was due on 11th April who got their decision on Friday, 20th May (in 7 months and 11 days) So we know they have processed applications on 11th April. Now what I...

Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

I think there are few possibilities for the delay and it is difficult to pin point why the delay as there is very little transparency i.e. we are never told which applications are processed and we are never told how long the wait will be. 1. Applications are delayed deliberately 2. Applications are ...

Re: STAMP 4 (5 Year Approvels) in March April and May 2016

Dear Hamza I don't think there is any value in reminding earlier than 6 months. From my experience there is no value in even asking for your application to be processed after 6 months are over as you will most likely receive standard email replies. Though, it is good for the soul and does feel good ...

Dear Tayyabb99

Reading through the posts your decision was due on the 21st March 2016 and I am just wondering if you have heard anything yet?

I am just trying to work out how much longer to wait. Reading through the posts average wait is 8 months.

Re: Is PRTB still compulsory

I think if in doubt it is best to write to eutreatyrights@justice.ie and seek their advise. I had written to them earlier in the week explaining my circumstances and they advised today that in my case a PRTB is not essential.

Re: EEA 2 , Home visit.

I take it you are in Ireland? What is reason for requesting your passport twice? Did you receive Confirmation of Application for your EEA2 application after you applied in May 2014? I think the first logical step is to determine if the police officers queried the landlord in relation to your EEA2 ap...

Re: MOTHER VISIT I HAVE EEA 2 VISA

If you are presently in UK you cannot apply for an EEA Family Permit for your mother. You need to apply for a Family visitor visa for your mother following this link https://www.gov.uk/family-visit-visa/overview Yes, they should be financially dependent on you so you will need to show bank transfers...

Re: Visa required for my non-EU widowed mother for Ireland

Also by the way the the Visa Waiver Programme is being replaced by a new British Irish Visa Scheme from autumn 2014 which is even better for people who have visitor visa for UK as under the old Programme one had to go to UK first and only then they can go to Ireland but with the new scheme one who h...
