Interviews are very tough in UK

Hi

Interviews are very tough in UK now. Lot of competation.
most of the companies are conducting 3 to 4 rounds of interviews.
Every company is conducting IKM online exams.
Lot of preparation is needed to crack the interview in less number of days.

you can consider "Total Earnings" as "Gross Salary".

one more thing, every pay slip contains gross salary, add all the 12 months gross, that is your final Gross salary.

Do not worry about offer letter details. any way you are submitting only pay slips.
