Tier1 Investor Mother of UK Citizen

I am in UK as Tier 1 investor (no for less than 2 years). Last year I gave birth to a child who (though his father) is a UK Citizen. May I apply for ILR sooner than my option to do so under the Tier1 investor visa (as mother of a UK child under 18)?
