Re: FLR(M) - Document Checklist

Thank you for your responses. As for the appointment booking, you need to keep trying! We saw so many pop up and go, but we had some key documents missing so didn’t book any at first before we got them. Anyways, we never saw any appointments come up around midnight or the weekend. The appointments m...

Re: FLR(M) - Confusion regarding Adequate Maintenance

If either of you earning at least £18600 through salaried/non-salaried employment then HO would not look on your expenses. Remember adequate maintenance is for those who claim public funds/benefits to meet financial requirement. We definitely got the two mixed up, thank you so much for clearing thi...

Re: Bank Statement - Proof of Income

Can you not order the bank statements through the post. If not, letter from branch and bank statements printed at branch should suffice The issue here is that the bank statement hasn’t been released yet. Payment date is 15th of November. Bank statement showing payment gets released on the 1st of De...

Re: Bank Statement - Proof of Income

Yes. If they both are attached together then can serve the purpose. But make that either the bank use their official letterhead or stamp the online print out. HSBC doesn’t stamp statements. The transactions printout has “HSBC” on the top left hand side of the paper, but it has none of the other inf...

Bank Statement - Proof of Income

Hello, Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to read this. As many people know, HSBC refuses to stamp online statements to prove their authenticity. However, one HSBC employee told us that people who are applying for visas usually provide two documents and are accepted: 1) a transactions ...

Re: Premium Appointment :new Visa Centres not available for FLR(M)

I did see appointments in November come up and go away quickly. However, my husband can’t really apply beyond this week of November. It all has to do with the timings of when his payslip and corresponding bank statement are issued. His payslip will be issued on the 15th of the November and the corre...

Re: Premium Appointment :new Visa Centres not available for FLR(M)

I'm in the same boat with my husband's application... It seems that FLR(M) applicants will be able to use the old system until January, but it's still not very clear to me how to book an appointment for December. The government's guidance published on 2d November said that they will publish more inf...

Re: FLR(M) Applicant in full-time salaried employment

So will my husband's proof of income be okay on its own? Please help. Yes, his income alone is fine to meet the financial requirements. He does realise that his clock towards ILR will be reset to zero and a new 5 years period (2 x 2.5 year visas) if he switches from Tier 2 to FLR(M)?? Thank you ver...
