I have been trying to book an appointment for ILR premium service (10 yrs long residence)

However, since last 1.5 weeks the website says that the appointment is closed for next 45 days.

Is this normal or are they having a clitch

Latest info,

Judge has taken the case out of JR and have asked HO to make decision within 3 months time and have asked them to sort it out as it's an administrative errors.
