you visa issue date and arrival to uk date are less than 90 days, hence your ILR clock starts on 1st march 2010

you can apply 28 days before completing 5 years, so you can apply for ILR without any problem,

but remember UKBA changes rules every year as per current rule you are fine.

Is it possible for me to attend PEO for my ILR application and then send the dependents applications(wife+2 kids) through the postal application(currently on Tier 1 VISA). only reason is to save money..still not sure whether I can do this.
