Congrats for the ILR

There is no specific mention on how much maintenance is required. However based on your appliction .. do u think approx 5-6K with 1 dependent on application suffice the requirement?

Thanks for your replies.

Pay-slip is not to be used for cohabitation.

So are we not suppose to show P60's of last 4years (if not pay-slips) to show that we were working in the UK?

Hi, My initial visa on the basis of which I am becoming eligible for 5yrs was given to me on 26th March 2009. ILR based on on WP+Tier-2. My husband has completed 10 years of stay in UK. Now he is eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain. I have been in this country as his dependant since last 9 years.
