Re: Tier-2 general Change of Employment

It is not up to you to decide if a job is shortage occupation or not. Only a sponsor can make that decision if the job meets all the requirements. See the list of shortage occupation job SOCs in the link below to research yourself. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-app...

Is there any other route to change the employer without Labour market test? No. Only a Shortage Occupation Skill is exempt form the RLMT. What is your SOC?? Have you got a new HO approved sponsor?? Thank you CR001 for your propmt reply. My position is Accounts manager. I didn't get new sponser yet....

Without RLMT reference number on the CoS, the application will get rejected. I know because mine got refused on that basis last year.
Hi ruby
When your new employer application rejected your current visa was valued ?

Re: Change of employment

Not sure how much this matters after findajob introduced. In findajob all job except nhs jobs are expired and deleted after 1 month. So even that reference number doesn't matter because no one can search and refer that job. Home office has no special rights to check expired/deleted jobs. I checked ...
