My ILR application has same issue with suspension.
I think you must consult with expert.

If you have already posted you ILR and your company licence is valid(not suspended or not under compliance check) then you do not need to worry about anything.

Yes. My salary increased in April 2017 but I applied for ILR in Mar 2018.

The compliance officer was not satisfied with one of our company employee's role. According to compliance officer from home office, the employee is not working on the role as described in the COS.

Secondly the salary increment from 24K to 36K before one year of ILR.

I applied my ILR after completing 5 years as Tier 2 (General) employee but after I applied for ILR, our company license got suspended. However the license was A rated when I applied for ILR.

What will be the status of my application if the license get revoked?
