Re: ILR Documents and Information: Global talent route

Hi, I am no expert but I have just received ILR via the same route. I have provided: a letter from my accountant who verified my earnings, as well as payslips of my business.

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Hi, I just tried booking an appointment and managed to get one in two weeks time. I am thinking should I cancel and check at midnight or is two weeks away is not too bad?

Tier 2 and Global talent (exceptional promise)

Hi everyone

I have 4 years tier 2 general and 1 year global talent and hope to be able to apply for ILR next year after 5 years of combination of these routes.

Can you please advise if these routes can be added up to make 5 years?
The guidance confused me as it only refers to other t2 types.

Re: super priority ILR application under Global talent route

Hi,
would you be able to share what documents they requested?

I understand it’s all unique but I am just getting ready to apply soon and want to be confident I have everything.

Re: Settlement requirements - wording changed

Here profit is an example of evidence. It’s not a requirement though.

Re: Settlement requirements - wording changed

Interestingly, if you are self employed you need to show profit made? What if you had salary but did not make profit?

Re: Settlement requirements - wording changed

I have one question about earnings too. What do they mean as independent source. I assume it’s payslips and bank statements?

Re: Job creation

Thank you so much for your advice marcnath. He is British, and settled worker. He was not on a company payroll, so technically he was not an employee. He left directorship after I joined and was employed by the company as a manager only after a few months I have joined, as we realized we need his ex...

Job creation

I Am on T1 Entrepreneur. I have joined a company as a director where there was one director who did not pay himself a salary. He left the Company after I joined. And I employed him as a manager. Does it classify as a job creation? He did not pay himself a salary when he was a director.
