Sorry not to mention VISA

hsmp t1 general visa , applicant got extnsion in 2012 after 3 years , got ilr june 2014 on 5 year ruling

husband completed 4 years as dependend , visa expiring july 5,

he should go for extension or ILR

IF ILR than which form to fill set o or ?

u have not claimed dividend / salary from company was yr 1 mistake

profit can be set off against future losses but once dividend paid is earned by applicant

u need to get proper accounts with dividend as earning

U should transfer in yr ltd company a/cs

this will help to transfer funds from some countries where restrication on fund transfer in place

u can mention that funds r transferred for buying shares of company -specially india.
