Whats your visa processing center, could you check from your biometric letter, if its processed in sheffield or liverpool, this is just to get an idea in terms of timeline, which center is processing which months at the moment.

According to the rules, you will only be given ILR during your extension if you maintained your jobs for extra 12 months or created new ones.
