Caseworker accept downloaded statements from online, if you want to get a letter from a peace of mind then HSBC can issue you a letter however you can just download and should be fine.

since you are applying under Adequate maintenance, have you checked to ensure you meet adequate maintenance.

your income falls under category B as you have not been employed same employer for 6 months.

Apply under category B and meet both of its conditions.
