Hi, I just wanted to know if I can apply for a spouse visa with just one month left on the Tb medical? Does it just have to be valid when submitting the application? Can it expire during the visa process?

Yeah once we have an answer about the visa I will send the Tb back to him. But I just need to know if i can apply for him at the beginning of July if the tb expires in august?
