I have been resident in the UK since 2003 and never illegally!
Travelled in 2004 for 10 days and in 2007 for 15 days.Those are the only times i've bn out of the UK since 2003.

It's been STUDENT Visa to SPOUSE Visa...and no other type of visa in beetween the years. :o

Best time for BC

I came into UK as a Student in April 2003(2yrs Visa).And was on student visa until 2006(with Masters). I then got married in June 2008 to my British wife.And was issue Spouse visa for 2yrs. Got my ILR in April 2010.....I'm quite confused from suggestions made by friends that i can apply for NATURALI...

The HO might well not connect the cheque and bank letter you sent them to the original application, but all that means is that you are likely to receive a request for payment to be made again (and may need to cancel the first cheque you sent). Just want to thank everybody,especially the moderator for various advices given on how to go about when payment for my application was not taken from my account for almost 10 weeks! Student Loan..

Just want to find out if student loan is a benefit that can affect my ilr application.

I am almost due to apply for my ilr set(m) and my spouse(British) enrolled in a full time education for a degree and receives student loan...

British spouse receiving student loan....ILR Set(m)

I am due to apply for my ilr set(m),and one of the few issues bothering me at the moment is that my wife started a degree course last year and is now receiving student loan...

And another issue about the payment is that,it wasn't as if there was no money in the account,the bank BARCLAYS refused payment to HO because they said "THEY SUSPECTED FRUADULENT" activity from the source! A copy of that letter was even sent along the cheque that was sent to HO.. Fingers still cross...
