Re: Expired COA

Today I finally got a response from the HO. They refused a renewal saying we withdrew a tribunal appeal on the 4th November. However that appeal was regarding an application from an earlier date. They totally ignored the fact that I have an application outstanding. And asked to leave the country.

320.00£ for JR that never took place

After apllying for a judicial review which was rejected,
I have to pay 320£ to the Homeoffice now. As I had to pay 140£ for the review application I don't really understand why I would have to pay all that money for nothing. Is that really my duty to pay?

You were the ones who thought lying through your teeth was a Good Idea. That's not all the Home Office's fault, is it? Sometime out of fear and for love people do stupid things. There is a difference between lying and getting my human right seized. They can charge me for lying but they should not d...

Everything else is a big risk, depending on the mood of your case worker

Re: Arrested at wedding despite permission

If the German Authority has confirmed that the marriage by proxy that was officiated in Gambia is lawful, then you are a married person and cannot remarry. I think your case should be fought within that context. They did not confirm that this particular marriage was lawful. The HO rejected the appl...

We were trying to get married in the detention but the and have the letter that we have complied with the investigation.
HO told Detention Floor manager not to give us permission because he would be trying to enter in a sham marriage.
