Visit Eire

Hi all,

For someone who holds ILR in the UK, does he need a visa for Ireland for a short visit?

Regards,

Bankruptcy does NOT affect the spouse as long as your assets are in your individual names.

Does nt matter if it was 4 yrs when you got it
Does nt matter if there was any Court Appeals

What you are referring to has no bearing on your case. Its 5 yrs of Work Permit to qualify for ILR.

I beg to differ. During submitting my ILR, UKBA had asked me for my previous WP approval letters as well and they had strictly specified that photocopies are not acceptable. I had to literally get hold of all my paperwork and my previous employers, one who now lives in the Isle of Skye and I am in K...

Sorry I think theres some misunderstanding here.

When you got your Work Permit did you also get your passport stamped with the new Residence Permit?

Thats the "stamping" in question.

Whats relevant is not the date of the Work Permit approval date but the date on the FLR(IED) or your passport stamp.

Infact she gave her Balmoral Castle for all of them and their future generations to live comfortably.

All bills paid as well.

Change in ILR Policy - Peaceful Protest

Hi ya. Im one of those many severely affected by the ridiculous 4 to 5 yrs change in ILR Rule. The wheels of this economy runs on hard-work and sweat by those immigrants who come for far-flung corners of the planet, to fulfill a dream of realising their true potential. We need to voice our concern a...

ILR Question

Hey ya peeps! Just a quick question.... In January 2003, I was given an 18-month WP ending in July 2004. Thereafter in July 2004, I applied for WP (Change in Employment) and FLR(IED). The FLR(IED) took like 6 months to come in and I was not employed for those 4 months. It was not because I chose to ...
