It would be helpful if you share some more information about this, specially did the person who checked your application for validity, did he/she comment on this? Mo...

ILR - excess absences

I have exceeded 180 days absences over the last 5 years but no single trip was more than 90 days (maximum was for 45 days). All my absences were consistent with annual paid leave, in addition to a couple of absences during Christmas/New year closures (also paid in the UK). In addition to another sho...

Hi Derlin, Thanks for your advice on the documents required. Was your application approved based on the 4 documents you mentioned only? why did you request the SAR? is it to refer to your absences over the 10-year period? and does the ASR include details of all absences (dates you left the UK and da...

sanyamkaushik, do they check the application and documents first at Liverpool PEO before you make a payment? so that, if there is any problem with the application, you wouldn't loose money. or do you pay first, then they process the application (in which case should the application be refused, home ...

luvkush
do you mean that at Liverpool PEo, they check your application first before you make payment. so, if there is any problem with application, they will let you know upfront and you wouldn't have to pay (so you wouldn't loose your money)?
I think this is what they do at Solihull and Belfast PEO.
