can i travel while application is pending

My grandmother's application under the EU settlement scheme is currently pending. She was wondering if she is able to travel out of the UK while her application is being considered. I would be really grateful if anyone can tell me if this is possible?

Thanks

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to bring my grandparents to the UK for a visit. I've looked at the border agency requirements but have been left a bit confused.

Can anyone point me somewhere or inform me of all the requirements that i need to put into place?

Many thanks :)
