Hi, just got back from immigration tribunal and won my case. My wife's was rejected late last year because her IELTS test mark (4 and 3.0 on speaking and listening) were deemed not good enough by ECO. My (UK based) solicitor advised that I should appeal as I would win the case easily and that my wif...

Its a money making scheme for the plain faced thieves in Pakistan who love to offer you nothing close to the English Language requirement test and a pure rip off merchants.
Trying to find a nice legimate college proves harder than you would think, even in a big city like Lahore.

Do you really need 3 months wage slips?

Considering you've got people applying for visas on just the basis of a job offer?!

Hi,

I just wondered does the length between the marriage and applying for the visa have any bearing on the decision.

British citizen , Pakistani wife, married back in November 2010, still haven't applied.*

*I did the stupid thing of getting married without a solid job.

Do I have to do copies of copies? E.g I have some attested passport copies... Can I miss out things I don'...

They accepted my documents, and my email printout from UKBA general enquiries where it was confirmed the score was sufficient, and they told they would do a policy review and get back to me. Any chance you can send me the e-mail addresss? When I spoke to a UKBA office here in the UK they said they ...
