Re: Refused boarding for non-eu spouse without Schengen

yes, the denial is a violation of eu law, If you had made it to the Schenger Border, you must be allowed entry under Schengen Rules that apply to EU family members.. The Rules the airlines follow are given to them from IATA/TIMATIC, and IATA claim to provide these based upon EU law. But don't What y...

Re: I hold ILR (UK) card can I travel in Europe?

Yes, I know there is one or two countries that do, but convincing an airline to allow you to board the plane will be interesting if you don't have a visa for your destination. TIMATIC is the airline database. So you just ask them to check their own Visa requirement database. But saying that. Poland...

Re: I hold ILR (UK) card can I travel in Europe?

You will need a Schengen visa if you are from a country that would usually need one. ILR is only relevant in the UK, not in Europe. nearly, Poland for example provide exemption for ILR. But most do not give exemption for ILR. TIMATIC database http://www.gulfair.com/English/info/prepare/Pages/VisaIn...
