I've been waiting nearly 20 weeks to switch from tier 4 to tier 2. No information given and no one is answering me or my employer (sending constant letters, emails, phone calls...)

No they didn't! They sent me an email on the 8th week asking if I had any other bank account statements to show, which confused me as I had enough money for maintenance over the 90 days of statements! I replied explaining this and attaching all my statements again, and haven't received a reply since...

I am a little over 14 weeks since I applied to switch my Tier 4 to Tier 2. Same issue with not being able to get any information.
