How is it possible ?
System asks BRP number, if you put your BRP number (tier 1 ) it will show your right of work untill BRP valid date
How is it possible without getting your ILR BRP number you can check right of work which shows no restrictions and for indefinite ?

I'm going to apply tier 1 ent ILR in end of feb 2019.
My wife and baby are traveling abroad from 18 Jan to 10 Mar 2019. Will they face any kind of questioning at airport when returning from holiday.?

You can apply online yourself for nicop and passport
No need to go to embassy.

Advice given by embasy is wrong Or you misunderstood I have gone through the same situation Basically you dont need to change your wife name. All you need to do is to update nadra system by telling them that you both are married. Your wife needs to apply new nicop which shows husband name seprately....
