My employer has accidentaly requested for Defined CoS and it has been granted. But the problem is I am in UK and want to apply for VISA. Is it possible to apply on Defined CoS whilst in UK?

I am on Skilled worker VISA but I have a received an offer from a different employer who also has sponsorship license. Is there a way I can switch/change/update employer or transfer my VISA to the new employer without making a new application?

My wife has valid Dependent VISA till October, 2021 but her Entry Clearance has been expired on 28th May, 2021. She couldn't travel due to high cases of covid. Is there a way to re-apply for Entry Clearance? Do I have to re-apply for VISA?

I might be able to show evidence for 1 year. I have tenancy agreement that happened in June 2018 to September 2018 also I could show some funds transferred to her account every month till January because she pays to the new landlord.
